The firm operates primarily in Florida from its headquarters in St. Petersburg and has served clients throughout the Tampa Bay area for more than three decades. We normally engage with a limited number of active clients at a time so that we can serve each of them on a day-to-day basis where needed.

Legal, tax, and accounting advice are critical to the success of any business enterprise. We maintain long-standing relationships with attorneys, CPAs, commercial lenders, wealth advisors, and valuation professionals, and we frequently collaborate with a client’s existing advisors to address complex business challenges.
